AUTOTECNICA original idea was born in 2000 when cars started to be less mechanic and more electronic. We wanted to produce a show that explain to drivers all the complex technology of the vehicles in a very simple way. But at the same time we reveal some extra sophisticated information  in a second layer so to speak, we drop some details that can be read by a more enthusiast audience of the motor world.
So we thought about a format with two main presenters for this show.
A top model, young, attractive and friendly, and if known to the audience better, and a character who is an engineer, age greater than her, a gentleman in his manners, who knows everything about cars and has the ability to explain technology a very simple way. And that's the claim of AUTOTECH: "Hi tech in easy words"
